Mark Condi is the Group General Manager – Commercial for Merivale, recently joining the company in March 2023. Mark was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Bankstown Sports Club, one of the largest registered clubs in the country, initially joining the company in 1992 and celebrating just over 30 years, working in various roles, including Assistant CEO for ten years and Gaming Manager for six years. During his career at Bankstown Sports, Mark led a strong diversification strategy, developing over 24 restaurants and bars, a brewery, a conference centre and the Mercure Hotel Bankstown expansion. Most recently, Mark led the development of a commercial office tower, the Flinders Centre Bankstown, with 12,500 square metres of lettable space and created the Lady Banks Rooftop bar and restaurant. Mark has a Bachelor of Business and an MBA and attended the prestigious Kellogg Business School in Chicago and completed an advanced management course. Mark has served on multiple Boards, including the startup e-wholesale company ClubCo and the Charity Little Wings.
