Founded in 2019, Narooma Oyster Festival Limited began trading as Narooma Rocks in late 2020, with a bold mission to boost food tourism across the NSW South Coast – proudly known as Rock Oyster Country.
As a not-for-profit organisation, Narooma Rocks hosts the beloved Narooma Oyster Festival and curates exclusive food events year-round. At the heart of our experiences are oysters, the iconic indigenous delicacy of the NSW South Coast, and the region’s crown jewel. Cultivated to the highest environmental standards, our South Coast oysters have earned global acclaim, capturing the attention of top chefs worldwide.
While the Rock oyster is our hero – we’re spoiled with some of Australia’s finest produce, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
